Shipping Policies

Cary Audio prides itself on shipping your product as soon as possible after receiving your order. Shipping time depends on your location relative to our factory but typically will range from 1-10 business days. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number which will allow you to determine when your Cary Audio product will be delivered. This email will come from TrackingUpdates@fedex.com. Please be sure to check your spam or junk email folders for this email. For shipping via Federal Express, Cary Audio requires a signature upon delivery unless otherwise specified. For products shipped via freight, our carrier will contact the customer to schedule delivery, and the customer must be present to receive the shipment.

If the outer packaging is obviously badly damaged, the customer may reject the shipment, and it will be returned to Cary Audio for replacement. If hidden damage is encountered after opening the product, please document the damage with photos and immediately contact Cary Audio to arrange for a return and replacement. If Cary Audio is not contacted immediately after hidden shipping damage is encountered, we will not be responsible for replacing the product.

Free shipping in the Continental USA and Canada for standard delivery service is included with the purchase of your new Cary Audio Product(s). Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged a flat standard shipping fee for each new Cary Audio product(s) purchased during the checkout process. Free shipping excludes Accessories, B-Stock, DIY Parts, and Vacuum Tubes. Additional shipping options are available at checkout at the customer’s expense.

 

Returns & Exchanges/In-Home Trial Policies

Cary Audio offers a 30-day in-home audition period on new products (excludes products purchased with upgrades, b-stock, trade-in program, certified pre-owned, tubes, DIY parts/components and accessories). This will give you time to fully evaluate your new Cary Audio product to make sure it’s a perfect fit. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, less 3% credit card processing fee or 4% PayPal processing fee, for returns made within 30 days of purchase. This is a hassle-free policy. All we ask is that you contact sales at sales@caryaudio.com or (919) 867-4333 to give us a brief explanation as to the reason for the return. To return your product, request an RMA number through our Service Center. Repack the unit in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, etc. Write the RMA number on the box and ship it to Cary Audio, 6301 Chapel Hill Road, Raleigh, NC 27607.  

Products purchased with an upgrade(s) are not eligible for return or credit, and sales are final. A 30-day audition does not apply.

Return shipping and insurance is to be paid by the customer for all returns or exchanges.

The Cary Audio product must be returned in like-new condition and in the original packaging. If the product is not returned in like-new condition and in the original packaging, Cary Audio reserves the right to adjust your refund accordingly.


B-Stock

B-stock sales may be returned to Cary Audio for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a credit/refund. Customers may return goods at their expense for a full credit of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, less 3% credit card processing fee or 4% PayPal processing fee, and any damages or missing parts, if applicable. Any returns must be managed through the RMA Procedures as described below. The credit/refund will be processed the same as the purchase. For example, we will credit the credit card if paid by credit card. If paid by check, a refund check will be issued. Learn more on our B-Stock Sales and Warranty Policies page.


Certified Pre-Owned

CPO sales may be returned to Cary Audio for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a credit/refund. Customers may return goods at their expense for a full credit of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, less 3% credit card processing fee or 4% PayPal processing fee, and any damages or missing parts, if applicable. Any returns must be managed through the RMA Procedures as described below. The credit/refund will be processed the same as the purchase. Products Purchased with Upgrades, Accessories, DIY parts/components, and Vacuum Tubes

Products purchased with upgrades, accessories, DIY parts/components, and vacuum tubes purchased from Cary Audio cannot be returned for credit or refund. All sales are final.
