Product Troubleshooting Checklist

Our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) program allows you to create an RMA request, review available upgrades and modifications for your component, and track the progress and status of your service.

If you’re a new customer, please create an account. Existing customers can log in to send a component in for service or check the status of an ongoing request. Once your account is set up, click "Open New RMA" to start the process of returning a product for repair, upgrade, or modification. You can log in anytime to select "View My RMA’s" and track your component's progress. You’ll also receive automatic updates with detailed information at every stage of the process.

Additionally, the Support Center includes a “Knowledge Base” section, providing further details on potential upgrades and service bulletins specific to your product. The ongoing FAQ section will answer common questions about our services, how to use them, and updates regarding future upgrades and modifications.

Non-Warranty Service: Cary Audio offers OEM factory-authorized services for repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance through our online RMA Services Program. Services are billed at $110.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Billing is calculated in quarter-hour increments. Additionally, a $30.00 RMA administrative fee applies to each request. Parts and return shipping costs are charged separately.

Product-specific upgrades may be billed on a project basis rather than hourly. Details on these charges can be found in our website's Upgrades and Modifications section.

From time to time, products reach the end of their life cycle, typically due to the unavailability of critical components. This makes it impossible for us to perform repairs that meet Cary Audio’s standards. Unfortunately, the following products have reached end-of-life status, and we can no longer service them:

CD303, CD301, CD302, CD306, CD 306/200, CD303/200, CD308, CD308T, DVD-3, P7 Processor, MS-1, CAD 2500
